My name is Jerry Teunissen and I have worked at Voiceworks for 4 years. Currently, I am working in a dual-function with a dual-title: Product Specialist. In my role as Senior Sales Support Engineer, I handle a wide variety of requests from our partners. Although, as I specialise in EWAN, most of the issues I handle are related to this. Inquiries are usually complex combinations of services and branches. We investigate these cases to the smallest detail before requesting the original estimate. Within my role I am also responsible for inventory, pricing, commercial support and purchasing. In my second function; Junior Product Manager EWAN, I work together with the Senior Product Manager EWAN to determine the purchasing, commercial tools, margin and numbers for our EWAN portfolio.
Because Voiceworks is a fast-growing company, you need to be able to work under pressure. Personally, I enjoy a challenge and feel like I am in the right place. The variety of tasks means that there is enough diversity in any given working week to guarantee that I start every day feeling positive. The Sales Support department
Working in the Sales Support department means that you have a versatile job and are in possession of a broad working knowledge of Voiceworks’ portfolio. You work in a department where complex cases and difficult issues are handled daily. Such as: the development of large commercial WAN networks and arranging fixed and mobile telephone propositions on behalf of a partner.
