Will VDSL do or is fibreglass a must? A single screen provides everything you need to discuss the options with your client.
Our ticketing system allows you to report any enquiries or issues to our partner care department directly. A reference number, subject and status overview is added to each ticket. If we are processing more than one enquiry of yours simultaneously, you will have access to a status overview. You can also implement this system into your own customer service and offer it to your customers.
