Meetings

Are you looking to plan more efficient conferencing meetings? The function Meetings manages and starts simple pre-planned internal and external audio and video conferences. In addition, you can view your call history, upload files or share your screen.

Netdrive

Netdrive is the tool for storing and sharing files, which you can also share with your contacts and colleagues, on the Managed UC cloud. This means you always have access to the right files.

Topics

The function Topics is the tool to bring more efficiency to your cooperation projects. Create a subject in Topics and choose your contacts and start immediately with discussing the topic by chat.

Wall

Sometimes a message is just to inform people. You can share this kind of brief, personal messages in the Wall. Just like your colleagues who follow your Wall, you follow the Wall of your colleagues. Easy does it.

Notification

In Notifications you share short messages with the persons or groups of your choice. Reminders, quick feedback or an agenda are examples of Notifications you can send.

Phonebook

With the help of the ‘Phonebook’ you can manage your contacts, and you can simply tag them, for example as a client,  relation or private contact. And you can easily add new contacts.

Q Board

Q Board is an add-on that’s now available for every Managed UC user.
This add-on grants real-time insight into call queues, empowering end users to never lose overview of their call agents.
